Customer Service Advisor
£26000 plus up to £4000 bonus Guildford Permanent - full time
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 1pm.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, customer focused motivated team player to join a friendly customer service team working for a well-known, prestigious brand.
The role:
This busy role will see you speaking to customers, ensuring they receive excellent customer service.
Main duties of this role
- Handle and direct calls to the relevant departments
- Receive Customer Service enquiries by telephone and successfully convert these into Aftersales bookings.
- Maximise service sales and profitability by selling core products
- Accurately record information
- Upsell products or promotions by telephone or email to increase and improve customer retention.

- Customer focused approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage changing priorities
- High attention to detail
