Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of water structures and infrastructure projects.
  • Perform structural calculations, hydraulic modeling, and stability analysis.
  • Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct risk assessments, technical reviews, and quality assurance for water-related structures.
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors to ensure all requirements and standards are met.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, providing technical guidance and leadership.
  • Prepare and review engineering reports, technical documents, and project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety protocols, and best engineering practices.
  • Innovate solutions to complex technical challenges, balancing efficiency, sustainability, and safety.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on water structures or civil infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of design codes and standards related to water structures.
  • Proven experience in hydraulic engineering, geotechnical assessments, and structural design for water infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
  • Proficiency in engineering software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present to stakeholders.
