In terms of key person requirements;
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
Have excellent communication, relationship-building and people leadership skills, in order to inspire, effect change and drive successful processes and performance
Critical thinking and analytical skills, understanding the bigger picture whilst having good attention to detail
Package;
Salary range: £55,000 to £65,000
Bonus scheme: 10% to 20% of salary
