Project Manager - Supply Chain

Salary: up to £100,000.00

Summary:
This 18 month fixed term contract requires an experienced Project Manager to lead an end to end transformation project within the retail supply chain sector. You will take financial accountability for the detailed management and rollouts and fully utilise your knowledge and experience of all main project management concepts, tools and techniques within a fast-moving retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end functional projects, from identifying opportunities to delivering change
  • Presenting to stakeholders, designing solutions and working to implement change tools
  • Work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders including logistics providers, consultants and software providers.
  • Track costs ensuring delivery within agreed budgets.

Experience:

  • A high level of understanding of UK Supply Chain including standard industry procedures and best practice including inventory, transportation and warehousing.
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Experience of managing fit out projects in a fast-moving retail environment
  • Proven experience of leading transformation projects within supply chain
  • Proactive, self-motivated and diligent with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
