Our client is a rapidly growing Series A funded Green-TechSaaS business. With offices spanning mainland Europe and the UK they're currently in hyper-growth mode and disrupting the logistics space. This business offers an unparalleled software solutions built around sustainability and efficiency savings.

Role

  • Coordinate and manage all elements of offline marketing events, such as conferences, trade shows, and other industry gatherings. This includes handling logistics, supervising booth setups and branding, managing event merchandise, and ensuring that lead data is accurately captured, cleaned, and integrated into HubSpot for seamless sales follow-up and performance tracking.
  • Utilise HubSpot to oversee event-related campaigns, including implementing workflows, setting up post-event email nurture sequences, and conducting long-term ROI analysis to assess each event's success and impact.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team and other key stakeholders to ensure all preparations for events are in place, including schedules, travel arrangements, and necessary materials.
  • Provide assistance to the Head of Marketing with various tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases.
  • Support the creation and scheduling of social media content and graphics, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on additional projects as needed, including market research, content development, and campaign analysis.
  • Help create and maintain marketing materials like blog posts, case studies, brochures, and promotional content, ensuring they are current and adhere to brand guidelines. Assist in sourcing and curating third-party content for social media distribution.
  • Monitor online mentions of the brand across social media, forums, and review platforms. Help respond to comments, reviews, and feedback to maintain the company's online reputation.
  • Assist with updating website content, including news, case studies, and blog posts, ensuring that all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with current campaigns.
  • Help develop, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including event invitations and post-event follow-ups, and analyse performance metrics to improve future efforts.

Requirements

  • Some experience in marketing and/or event management, with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Full proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication abilities.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, able to anticipate needs and solve challenges efficiently.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g. Canva is required, Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • A passion for events and marketing, with a creative approach and a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with HubSpot is highly desirable.
