Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and project manage sponsorships, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Lead the evaluation of sponsorship opportunities, providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate benefits packages and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and maximize ROI.
- Attend key sponsorships to assess business development opportunities and oversee setup.
- Stay up-to-date on sponsorship best practices, market trends, and industry insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in events or sponsorship in professional services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong collaboration skills with a focus on customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sponsorships concurrently, with strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Experience in external event or sponsorship management within a professional services environment.
- Familiarity with event management and CRM systems is a plus.
