Day-to-day duties:
- Adhere to company processes and procedures from enquiry to handover.
- Maximise profit per unit, including chassis, finance and insurance (F&I) profit, and accessory profit.
- Set up customer finance and insurance products.
- Deliver on sales targets and KPIs while providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure a first-class customer experience during the sales process.
- Handle aftersales enquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a superior aftersales experience.
Experience needed:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of success.
- Full UK driving licence.
- High standards of organisational, administrative, and paperwork skills.
- Knowledge of FCA compliance.
- Strong interpersonal skills
Working days:
- Monday to Sunday with one or two days off during the week on a fortnightly basis.
Additional pay:
- Bonus scheme.
- Commission pay.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred).
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred).
Ability to Commute:
- Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Peterborough before starting work.
