Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping up to date with current DVSA legislation
- Ensuring workshop machinery and tools are kept maintained
- Maintaining a professional workshop environment
- Ensuring correct diagnosis pathways are taken
- Being responsible for the efficient running of the workshop and maintaining high levels of productivity
Person Specification:
- Prior knowledge of the automotive industry
- Experience of coaching and mentoring staff
- Happy to work and install correct morals with all technicians
