Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 (DOE)

Full-Time, Permanent position

An opportunity has arisen for a1st / 2nd Support Analyst with2 years' experience in a similar IT support or Service Desk role to join a leading independent IT support provider.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing 1st / 2nd line IT support to their clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Deliver IT support to resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient handling of Service Desk requests.
  • Perform troubleshooting for Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, Google G-Suite, and macOS.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Support Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Experience in providing 1st Line IT support.
  • Knowledge of IT security practices, including firewalls and antivirus software.
  • Familiarity with AzureAD and Active Directory.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
