Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a specialist conveyancing firm based on the Coventry Road, near Solihull. They are looking to grow their team, and take on an experienced fee earning Conveyancing Solicitor, who is able to manage their own caseload from end to end from day one!
The role:
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
- To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
- Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.
- Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
- To manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision.
The Ideal Conveyancing Solicitor will have:
- Extensive experience within conveyancing
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Ability to commute to office in Solihull
- Ability to work independently, end to end on conveyancing files
