- Review and develop company rewards and benefits
- Research and propose new reward and benefits solutions
- Make recommendations for changes and improvements
- Look into market trends in compensation and benefits
- Creating and drafting new policies

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Strong experience carrying out a similar role, reviewing and improving company benefit and rewards policies
- Well versed working for an organisation with 100+ staff
