Salary: £24,000- 30,000 dependent on experience

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Architectural technologist to become an integral member of a highly reputable, well established and successful practice in Newcastle.
The successful Junior Architectural Technologist will be a confident user of Revit with strong technical abilities and driven to continue progression and work on a mix of projects.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:
- CIAT member
- Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology
- Ideally a year or two experience post qualification in a UK practice
- Strong technical abilities
- Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong portfolio
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proactive and positive approach to self-development
- Be able to work well within a team environment as well as independently
- Ideally knowledge of designing for leisure residential or commercial projects
- Confident producing high quality technical drawings
- Through knowledge of current building regulations
- Driven to keep up to date with latest software and designs
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ideally you will live locally to the Newcastle area
