My client is a major player in the industrial/manufacturing sector with the circular and green economy being at the heart of their operations. Our client has a workforce of around 800 employees and has a strong local Cardiff presence. Their operations span across Europe and they are renowned for their commitment to growing the circular economy, recycling materials for use in large construction projects.

Description

  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.
  • Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Developing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • CIPD Level 5 or HR focused degree
  • Proven experience in an HR role
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
