Quality and Health & Safety Engineer Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the quality management system to AS/EN9100 standards.
  • Assist in developing health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct internal audits of quality and health & safety documentation.
  • Participate in advanced product quality planning.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues.

Quality and Health & Safety Engineer Skills & Experience Required

  • Degree in quality, manufacturing, or engineering discipline.
  • Certified in root cause corrective action and internal auditing (AS9100/EN9100/ISO9001).
  • Formal health and safety qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH).
  • Proficient in lean techniques, statistical analysis, and quality auditing.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and IT proficiency.
