About the Role: We are seeking a talented, passionate, and versatile Senior Salesforce Engineer with a growth mindset and a commitment to technical excellence. With experience in a similar Salesforce Engineering role and relevant qualifications such as Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator, you are proficient across the Salesforce Ecosystem, including Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. You are growth-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to meet the changing needs of the platform and our customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of your audience, are essential. You value building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and are curious and innovative, with a desire to find optimal technical solutions.

What You'll Do: In this role, you will:

  • Provide production support through investigations of incidents, triage, and fixes.
  • Test solutions thoroughly, prioritizing the use of automated testing standards and techniques.
  • Use a mixture of Low Code and Click-driven solutions alongside more customized coded and developed options when required.
  • Create and support custom Lightning Web Components, triggers, and scheduled batch jobs.
  • Ensure quality and continuous improvement through design reviews, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Take collective ownership of the platform, responding to its needs for stability and availability.
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for proposed solution development.
  • Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure the continuous growth of our development community.

Developer Benefits: We offer a range of benefits including your own Pluralsight license and the time to use it, an MSDN subscription, ‘innovation time' to explore new ideas and technologies, attendance at conferences including Salesforce World Tour, and training and certification opportunities.

Location: This business has offices across the UK, you will be primarily remote but will have to travel into your local office from time to time.
