We are a leading logistics solutions provider based in York, specialising in transport services and freight forwarding. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team and drive our growth further.

The Role:

As a Telesales Executive, you will be a vital part of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be generating new business and nurturing relationships with our existing clients. If you have a background in the logistics industry and a passion for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales: Actively reach out to potential clients to promote and sell our logistics services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better position our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven telesales experience within the logistics industry, such as transport services or freight forwarding.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped Commission: Average £5,000 annual commission, with many team members earning £10,000+.
