Corporate Sales Support

Our client, a growing automotive dealership have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Sales Support to join their amazing team.
The role:
- Quoting leasing companies.
- Processing lease company orders.
- Checking new vehicle orders with customers.
- Dealing with any queries from leasing companies and customers.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their order and delivery updates.
- Liaising with customers and transport companies to book new car handovers.
- Reporting
- Delivery follow up calls.
- At times of busy periods, you may be required to support the sales admin team with ordering, Invoicing, and registering new vehicles.
Key skills/experience:
- Experience of working in an administrative role or automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
- Competent level of organization.
- Good communication skills with customers and fellow team members.
- A friendly and helpful phone manner when handling customer enquiries.
- Confident with Microsoft and able to use multiple systems simultaneously.
- Reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic.
- A full UK Driving Licence is required for this role as there will be some travel between sites.
