Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students in Year 2.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to develop their confidence and love for learning.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continually enhance teaching practice.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably in Year 2.
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and current educational practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
