Required! An experienced Restaurant Manager for a high end establishment. You will be the Manager for the Restaurant function of the establishment. This is a great opportunity to develop and grow your skills, you will manage the team through to dealing with customers! This role offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000 along with an excellent benefits package.
The venue has been established for many years and offers a range of services to their clients. They will provide you with industry training that will compliment your position, as well as supportive working environment.
As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for:
- Full management responsibility of staff
- Recruitment and retention of staff
- Training and staff management
- Delivering outstanding customer experience
- Decision making on key things that would affect the restaurant
To be successful in the role of Restaurant Manager:
- You will have worked in a similar role before either as a Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverages Manager, Hospitality, Duty Manager, Supervisor or an Assistant Resturant Manager looking to take the next step!
