Interim Client Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead general accounting and tax services ensuring that the needs of a diverse client portfolio are met.
- Review of workflow, deadlines, resourcing and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues to enhance audit methodologies and processes.
- Effectively communicate progress against agreed projects to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with experience in the provision of all general accounting and tax services.
- Proven experience leading a large and diverse client portfolio.
- Strong technical skills, including a deep understanding of auditing standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
