Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead general accounting and tax services ensuring that the needs of a diverse client portfolio are met.
  • Review of workflow, deadlines, resourcing and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues to enhance audit methodologies and processes.
  • Effectively communicate progress against agreed projects to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with experience in the provision of all general accounting and tax services.
  • Proven experience leading a large and diverse client portfolio.
  • Strong technical skills, including a deep understanding of auditing standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
