Join a high-quality house builder based in Worcester as an Architectural Technician. I am looking for candidates with a minimum of 12 months of experience in producing house builder drawings, either within a consultancy or for a house developer. You will be supporting the Senior Architectural Technician in this role.

The role:
- Producing planning, tender and construction drawing packages
- Assist in producing and maintaining the standard house type portfolio
- Building regulations
- Lisaising with the internal engineering team and external consultants
- Assist the planning team with pre applications and planning application packages
- You will need to have 12 months experience working on new house developments
- Experienced producing working drawing packages
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup is a advantage
- Up to date on all UK building regulations and NHBC standards
- Passionate within high quality design
