Temporary Reconciliations Specialist - 6-Month Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliations Specialist for a 6-month temporary assignment in Knottingley. In this role, you will play a key part in helping to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and improve processes.
- Utilise advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Adhere to deadlines while managing a high volume of transactions.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a reconciliations role or other finance-related position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis tools).
- We could consider a bright graduate calibre candidate wanting their first role in finance
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Knottingley for at least 50% of your time.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
