Tradewind are recruiting for flexible teaching assistants in September 2024 for the new academic year.
Responsibilities:
- Support students on a 1:1 basis
- Managing behaviour and learning
- Monitor progress
- Follow pupil's EHCP
- Encourage the child to be a confident and keen learner
- Create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally ASD/ADHD experience
- Confident working with children with learning difficulties
- Strong behaviour management techniques
- Genuine desire to work and progress in Education
- Must be available part-time, at least 3 days per week
