HR Advisor
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Darlington
Type: Permanent
Duties:
- Continuous improvement to achieve all targets for operational performance.
- Managing administration of holidays, appraisals, 121's etc
- Managing hiring processes; job descriptions, Interviews and work along Training Department
- Monitor recruitment metrics, like turnover and retention rates.
- Address employee requests and potential issues.
- Absence Management
- Occasional travel to local sites
- Manage employee relations
- Maintain HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 3 or above
- Previous experience working as a HR Advisor or similar
- Clean and tidy appearance.
- Professional, structured and organised approach.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent, interpersonal skills to communicate on all levels.
