We are looking for an HR candidate to join a reputable client in a brand-new HR Assistant role starting in September 2024.

This role involves administering compensation and benefit plans, assisting in recruitment processes, and supporting the development and implementation of HR policies. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a harmonious workplace and will play a key role in employee relations.

Day to day of the role:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring they are competitive and in line with our HR strategies.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes to attract the best candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive employee onboarding to integrate new hires into the company.
  • Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics, such as leaves and compensation, and address any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to enhance workplace efficiency and prevent conflicts.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies to ensure they meet the company's needs and comply with legal standards.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management, including organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Gather and analyze HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates, to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain meticulous employee files and records in both electronic and paper formats, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant laws.
