Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities of the IT Technical Trainer:
- Deliver technical training for the Skills Bootcamp programme using online and hybrid learning models.
- Collaborate with the Bootcamp Project Director to develop innovative and engaging curriculum content.
- Tailor training to meet diverse learning needs, utilising the latest online platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom.
- Design lesson plans and schemes of work for short course delivery in an agile environment.
- Maintain up-to-date and relevant curriculum content, regularly reviewing and updating training slides and resources.
- Track learner progress, provide feedback, and ensure positive learner outcomes in line with Ofsted standards.
- Work closely with the Career Support team to prepare learners for employment, ensuring they meet industry standards.
- Ensure all training is compliant with safeguarding, health and safety, and equal opportunities requirements.
Candidate Requirements for the IT Technical Trainer:
- Teaching qualification (PGCE/Certificate in Education).
- CompTIA A+ certification essential.
- Experience teaching Windows 10/11, Windows 365, and other related certifications (e.g., AZ900/SC900) is advantageous.
- Proven track record in delivering both remote and face-to-face training.
- Experience in curriculum development, learner assessment, and continuous quality improvement in training delivery.
- Strong communication and feedback skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
