My client are seeking a skilled Joiner to provide a professional, efficient, and cost-effective repairs and maintenance service that meets quality standards and performance targets. This role is integral to maintaining the high reputation of our services by delivering a customer-focused experience that results in high levels of customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Carry out joinery and a variety of multi-trade duties, including maintenance and repairs to various types of properties and social spaces.
  • Work as part of a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Adhere to the Health and Safety Policy, regulations, and good practice standards.
  • Engage with customers to ensure service delivery is focused and meets their satisfaction.
  • Maintain and enhance the reputation of the services provided through high-quality work and customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Level 3 NVQ Qualification in Joinery.
  • Possess a clean driving license.
  • Proven experience in joinery and multi-trade work.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
