- Salary: £16.40 per hour (PAYE)/ £20.26 Umbrella
- Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
My client are seeking a skilled Joiner to provide a professional, efficient, and cost-effective repairs and maintenance service that meets quality standards and performance targets. This role is integral to maintaining the high reputation of our services by delivering a customer-focused experience that results in high levels of customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Carry out joinery and a variety of multi-trade duties, including maintenance and repairs to various types of properties and social spaces.
- Work as part of a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the required quality standards.
- Adhere to the Health and Safety Policy, regulations, and good practice standards.
- Engage with customers to ensure service delivery is focused and meets their satisfaction.
- Maintain and enhance the reputation of the services provided through high-quality work and customer interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold a Level 3 NVQ Qualification in Joinery.
- Possess a clean driving license.
- Proven experience in joinery and multi-trade work.
- Strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
