As member within the product team, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring cutting-edge products not only meet but exceed compliance standards. Role Overview: As a Product and Compliance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the entire product lifecycle-from ideation to market launch. Your primary focus will be ensuring CE compliance and conformance with manufacturing partners. This role offers the chance to get hands-on with a diverse product range, giving you a deep understanding of what makes the offerings exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance & Conformance: Ensure all products meet CE compliance standards, working closely with manufacturing partners to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements.
2. Product Roadmap & Development: Collaborate on the new product roadmap, contributing to the creation and launch process of innovative products.
3. Documentation & Specification Validation: Create and manage product documentation, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in specification validation.
4. Hands-On Product Familiarization: Engage directly with our products to gain a comprehensive understanding of their technical intricacies.
5. Product Testing & Evaluation: Participate in the testing and evaluation of products, ensuring they meet our high standards before launch.
6. Website & Customer Interaction: Support website improvements and engage with customers, adding variety and breadth to your role.
7. Training & Product Management: Explore opportunities in training, product management, and beyond, expanding your expertise and influence.

About You: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual with a passion for technology and a keen interest in compliance. You should have prior experience in a technical or compliance-related role, with a strong ability to manage documentation and regulatory requirements. Your analytical mindset, methodical approach, and excellent communication skills will be crucial in this role.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in compliance, security, or technical product roles is advantageous.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
