Registered Care Manager
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Care Manager to join our team in North London.
As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients.
Your clinical expertise, empathy, and strong communication skills will contribute to delivering excellent patient care and promoting positive health outcomes.
Position: Registered Care Manager
Location: North London/Enfeild
Salary: 45k-55k (negotiable)
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (some on-call duties)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of 2 care facilities - Residential and Supported Living
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care services.
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and improve care delivery based on best practices
Requirements (Social Care):
- NVQ level 5
- 3 years consistent CQC Registered experience
- Experience working with people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Dementia.
- Local to Enfeild/London
- Drivers (desirable, but not mandatory)
