- MONDAY TO FRIDAY (Rota'd Saturdays - approx. 1 in 8 09:00-14:00 overtime to be paid on the occasionally worked half day Saturday)
Duties
- To build and nurture EXISTING Estate Agency clients that have been won
- Encourage the Estate Agents to send leads through to convert & assist vendors to see value in the product
- Arrange viewings between the agents, vendors & buyers (You will NOT need to attend the viewings)
- Take offers & liaise with the agents, vendors & buyers
- Take deposits
- Deal with occasional complaints before escalation is required
- Hitting KPI targets as set by your Regional Manager

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 REMOTE
