My client is a leading provider of innovative employee benefits solutions. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advising clients on a range of benefits solutions, ensuring they receive the best possible guidance to enhance their employee offerings. What you'll be doing:

  • Consult with clients to understand their employee benefits needs and objectives.
  • Design and implement tailored benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and more.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulations to provide up-to-date advice and solutions.
  • Conduct benefits audits and analyses to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and execution of benefits communication strategies.

What they're looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Consultant or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Group pensions knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using benefits management software and tools.
