We are offering a unique opportunity, for an experienced individual from the Refrigeration sector, with a

Trainee Refrigeration Tutor / Coach.

Our client will provide full training and guidance to develop your teaching skills, complete a teaching qualification and enable you to make a real difference in the lives of learners.

Essential Criteria:

  • Some experience of training / coaching / mentoring others in house ‘on the job'
  • Must hold a Cat 1 F Gas and Hydrocarbon Qualified.
  • Hold a minimum of a Level 2 NVQ or equiv in Refrigeration (Air Conditioning/Heat Pump)
  • Occupational experience in the field of refrigeration, heat pump or air conditioning.
  • Good level of I.T skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Duties:

  • Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for L2 and L3 Diplomas in Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning to Apprentices in a group/classroom setting.
  • Visit Apprentices out in the field to carry out learning audits and evaluations
  • Assist learners in preparing for F-Gas Assessment and EPA
  • Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations
