Role:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company, their offering and the market they operate within
- Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
- Monitor responses and applications received and make sure that candidates applications are processes efficiently
- Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies
- Pre-screen candidates before their interviews for suitability
- Manage the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client
- Ensure all necessary administration, compliance and aftercare services are concluded in line with company policies
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
