A leading Lloyd's Broker are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Policy Technician to join their dedicated team in London. As a Policy Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting brokers by ensuring the accuracy and compliance of insurance documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and issue insurance policy documentation, including endorsements, certificates, and schedules in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with brokers to resolve any discrepancies or queries related to policy documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date and organised records of all insurance policies and related documents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of efficient processes for policy issuance and documentation management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry, preferably within a Lloyd's Broking environment.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policy documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance software systems.
