About the role:
As a client services executive, you'll be at the heart of their operations, supporting key business functions and embodying our company values. This role offers a unique blend of customer relationship management, financial operations, and business support. Office in North West London.
Responsibilities:
- Support Business Development Managers in account management
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, dealers, and customers
- Provide quotes for various finance products
- Process financial applications from initial proposal to payout
- Generate and manage finance agreement documents
- Handle high-volume communications via email and phone
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve client inquiries at all levels of complexity
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Provide accurate reporting to support performance tracking and forecasting
The ideal candidate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Financial services experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Passionate about vehicles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
