Are you an experienced QC Manager with a strong background in Pharmaceuticals, looking for a new challenge? Do you want to work for a leading specialist manufacturer?
A manufacturer of specialist radiopharmaceuticals are currently seeking a QC Manager to join the team at their site in West Surrey. The role will involve managing the QC Department, as well as Method Development and Validation. Strong experience in a similar role in cGMP Pharmaceutical manufacture is essential.
Role Overview
- Perm, Full Time role (7AM -3PM) on site in West Surrey.
- Management of the QC Department, including line management of the QC team.
- Method development and validation - The QC team utilise a range of analytical instruments/techniques including - HPLC , GC and TLC.
- Hands on involvement in QC testing when needed.
- Ensure equipment, consumables/materials are appropriately monitored and maintained and all relevant regulations and standards are adhered to in the Lab.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree level (or equivalent) in relevant discipline is essential.
- Significant (circa 5 years) working experience in a cGMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment
- Strong experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in a similar environment.
- Experience in Radiopharmaceuticals is highly beneficial but is not essential, training can be provided in relation to the specifics of radiopharmacy.
