  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of individual education and behavior plans.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational and emotional development.
  • Monitor and report on student progress and well-being.
  • Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.

  • *Qualifications and Skills:**
  • Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEMH needs, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students' development.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education, psychology, or a related field is an advantage.
