We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Reporting Analyst to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, analysing, and distributing sales reports that provide insights into performance metrics and support decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Job Title: Sales Reporting Analyst
Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum
Type: 12-month FTC
Location: Reading
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards that track performance metrics, trends, and forecasts
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales managers to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports for internal stakeholders
- Create visually engaging presentations for internal meetings, highlighting key insights and recommendation
- Assist in the development of sales strategies based on data analysis and reporting
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting activities
- Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and processes
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role
- High level of numeracy, with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint or similar software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
