Our client is looking to recruit an IT Support Technician to join their expanding team. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementation of IT systems and hardware. Full training will be provided to help you quickly develop your existing skills and grow within the company.
IT Support Main Responsibilities:
- Perform and update hardware and software maintenance duties.
- Implement changes and improvements to systems and processes.
- Support the delivery of new technological systems and processes.
- Install, integrate, customize, configure, and test new systems and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software computer and network problems.
- Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
- Provide technical assistance to all members of staff.
The Candidates:
- Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
- 2 Years experience within a similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Servers, Windows 10/11, and Office 365.
- Proven ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of computer hardware and software problems.
- Experience in troubleshooting simple network issues.
