Job Title: HSE Manager
Contract Type: Temporary - Approximately 1-2 months
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)
Pay Rate: £150 per day
Location: West Hull
Are you an experienced HSE Manager looking for a temporary opportunity? Our client is seeking a skilled professional to join their team and make a positive impact on their health and safety practises. Responsibilities include:
- Developing a positive HSE culture within the organisation, promoting accountability and knowledge
- Leading and supporting the HSE advisors within the team, defining roles and responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with HSE legislative standards and Company H&S Policy
- Identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing risk reduction actions
- Leading improvements to functional and business H&S maturity
Requirements:
- HSE experience with experience in a management position
- Strong ISO 45001 and 14001 implementation and certification experience
- Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., Nebosh Diploma)
- Excellent knowledge of HSE management systems and legal standards
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results
- Strong communication and leadership skills
