We are an established Firm of Accountants in Harrow Town Centre looking for a bright and enthusiastic applicant for a bookkeeping, payroll and administrative role.
Suitable applicant will require both written and oral communication, word processing and good computer literacy using Microsoft word and Excel.
- Organisational and ability to multi-task and work under pressure are essential.
- Professional appearance and presentation would also be essential.
- Bookkeeper / Payroll / Administration - Duties including:
- Processing client records and information on Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Excel.
- Processing, preparing, and reviewing monthly and quarterly VAT returns for clients.
- Processing client payroll.
- Dealing with Company Secretarial work
- Assisting receptionist and secretary when required.
Place of work: Harrow on the Hill very close to Metropolitan Line Station
Bookkeeper / Payroll / Administration - Salary: Negotiable depending on previous experience and knowledge.
