Digital Marketing (Office in Altrincham)

£25K Salary

Uncapped Commission, OTE £35K

37.5 hours: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm

As one of the UK's leading Digital Marketing agencies, and a Google Premier Partner, we are looking to hire SDRs in order to grow our UK based outbound telephone sales team.

We already proudly service over 4000 clients across the UK, UAE and North America and are well on our way to becoming the largest Digital Marketing agency in the world.

Key responsibilities:

  • Calls Businesses using leads provided by the company
  • Research potential targets and show initiative by generating your own business
  • Gather the right information by asking in depth questions to get hold of the correct decision makers at each company
  • Objection handle when speaking to "gate keepers" who are often the first point of contact at a business
  • Work towards a target of how many decision makers spoken to, new deals agreed, calls attempted etc
  • Get a buy in from the company by showing knowledge of the product and what makes them the right choice

Required skills:

  • The ability to work towards KPI's and targets
  • Excellent organisation skills - Managing calendars, CRM systems, email etc
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Fact-finding skills to accommodate client's needs
  • Diagnose and sell the correct solution from our product portfolio

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

  • Altrincham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
