CNC Team Leader
Location: Commutable for Nottingham, Derby, Chesterfield and Loughborough
Salary: Up to £39,000 Per Annum (Dependent On Experience)
Shifts: Days - 37.5 hours weekly
Job Type: Permanent

The Company:
A well-established and growing precision engineering group and global manufacturer operating in a variety of Complex Markets including but not limited to the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive and Medical industries.
CNC Team Leader Role:
Due to continued growth into new sectors and expansion of their largest contracts, the company is undergoing a recruitment drive for Senior Machinists, Cell Lead and Team leaders to oversea teams on Milling, Grinding and Turning sections.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Previous experience leading a team/managerial experience required as the role includes maintaining performance of a cell of machinist.
- Experience using Fanuc, Mazatrol or Similar
- Experience in precision manufacturing/engineering ideally from Aerospace background but others will be considered. (Automotive, Motorsport, Oil & Gas)
- Experience of working to tight tolerances
- Confidence in performing self-inspection of parts using manual measuring equipment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
The Candidate:
- Mechanical Apprentice trained or qualified by experience.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
