Senior Operations Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements
- You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of their services
- You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of projects, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- You will need previous experience coaching and mentoring people to motivate high standards of work within the workforce
- You will be an inspirational leader with excellent organisational skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
