Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Supply Teacher to join TimePlan Education and work in Primary, Secondary or SEN schools across Southampton and Hampshire. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, supporting students with a range of needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality teaching in absence if class teacher following lesson plans provided.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet individual student needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff.
- Assess and track student progress.
- Behaviour management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Ability to adapt to different educational settings and age groups.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of relevant education laws and regulations.
