A lovely varied, sales support role, offering a busy team setting and the potential to grow and develop. This role will be office-based in Mansfield for the next 9-12 months and then they are moving to new offices near Alfreton.
£25,000 - £26,000 (DOE) plus 22 days holiday (rising to 25 days with service), pension, on-site parking
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Order processing, creating quotes and following up quotations
- Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
- Dealing with delivery queries
- Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email
- Building relationships with customers
- Using SAP
ABOUT YOU
- Proactive and happy to pick the phone up!
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales Administration and/or Sales Support experience
- IT savvy, including CRM systems (they use SAP)
- Happy to travel to the new offices in Alfreton
