Talent Acquisition Partner

Summary
My high-profile utilities client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team Based at their Warwick offices on a hybrid basis (1 day a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with chance of extensions.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing active vacancies within construction and engineering. Working with Hiring Managers to fill the roles effectively and efficiently with quality candidates. You will ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish, supporting the organisations employee brand targets.
- Working with Hiring Managers to take detailed briefings to ensure suitable adverts are created attracting the best possible talent.
- Able to articulate briefings to candidates, ensuring their suitability and understanding of the role.
- Comfortable managing roles across varying business areas
- Take full ownership and accountability of the vacancies and candidate experience from start to finish.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
Key Skills/Experience Required:

- Demonstrable experience in recruiting roles within a construction or engineering space
- Experience of using SuccessFactors highly desirable
- Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
