Mixxos are recruiting for a great opportunity with our client who are in the construction industry. Our client are well known and are a large specialist business. There is lots of opportunity to progress for the right candidate!

We are looking for someone who has got at least 1 year's office based experience and is confident speaking on the phone.

Key Responsibilities for an Accounts Administrator:

  • Managing incoming calls for the Accounts team
  • Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
  • Data inputting whilst managing documents & spreadsheets
  • Emailing, scanning, and sending correspondence
  • Reconciling receipts
  • General Administrative Duties

Key Skills of an Accounts Administrator:

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible in approach - happy to roll sleeves up and work with the team
  • High productivity and acute attention to detail
