Description

As a Treasury Analyst with a back-office focus, you will be responsible for supporting key treasury functions, including cash management, settlements, and reconciliations. You will also play an integral role in bank administration and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow within a treasury function.

  • Perform daily back-office treasury operations, including settlements, reconciliations, and payment processing.
  • Administer bank accounts and maintain user access to banking platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with front-office treasury to ensure smooth execution of trades and transactions.
  • Monitor and report on cash and liquidity positions.
  • Maintain accurate records of bank mandates, user access, and transaction logs.
  • Assist with month-end treasury reporting and ensure timely reconciliation of all accounts.
  • Drive process improvements in back-office functions to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a back-office treasury or financial operations role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with treasury management systems or banking platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and also contribute to recruitment processes.
  • Self-motivated and eager to take on additional responsibilities in recruitment and team development.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
