- Experience managing legal disrepair cases - Ideally have a surveying qualification (not essential) - Good understanding of damp and structural issues - Social housing experience (not essential) - Managing works from specification through to post inspection - Organised and proactive - able to manage their own calendar and caseload - Largely office based - There is use of pool cars
